Senior Project Manager
David B. Lindsay, P.E.
Dave has been a practitioner of civil engineering since 1990, with experience in many aspects of civil engineering design, construction, and project management. Dave has focused on municipal engineering, serving as the Town Engineer for Firestone, Colorado from 1995 thru 2019. He continues to work in Firestone with his focus being on raw water supply, water treatment, and augmentation infrastructure. His work in Firestone has provided Dave with unique experience in municipal engineering, development review and processing, water resources, capital infrastructure design and construction, and infrastructure retro-fit design and construction.

David A. Huwa, P.E.
David has been practicing civil engineering since 2002, after graduating from Colorado State University. His experience includes all aspects of civil engineering design, but with an emphasis on hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design. David currently works as both project manager and design engineer on a variety of development projects. Many of David's projects are with area energy companies, school districts, fire districts, and Denver Metro area municipalities. David also maintains a professional engineers license in the State of Wyoming to better service CCG's clients.

Chris E. Messersmith, P.E.
Chris has been practicing civil engineering since 1998. After graduating from Colorado State University. Chris has focused on municipal engineering design and project management, working with several area municipalities and special districts. Chris is extremely organized and his attention to detail separates him from many engineers. This effort has allowed him to amanage many design and construction projects in the region.

Edward J. Jansury Jr, P.E. Leed AP
Ed began his career as a land surveyor in 1986, after graduating from the university of Maine. Ed has been practicing civil engineering since 1999 with a primary emphasis in design and project management of PK-12 and Higher Education projects. His land development experience includes, infrastructure & site design, permitting and construction administration of complex residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Ed is a licensed P.E. in Colorado, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New York. He is also a Licensed Land Surveyor in New Hampshire and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Lindsey J. Green, P.E.
Lindsey has worked as a design engineer since 2004, after graduating from Colorado State University. Her experience entails all aspects of civil engineering, including developing water, sewer and storm system rules regulations as well as designing commercial and residential site plans and all infrastructure associated with them. Lindsey has managed projects through all phases of completion, including design, construction observation and asbuilt surveying.

Project Engineer
Amber K. Messersmith, P.E.
Amber has worked as a design engineer and project engineer on a variety of public sector projects since 1999. Her primary emphasis is is municipal and federal infrastructure design and rehabilitation. Amber has worked part tine since 2006 providing support on projects. Her experience includes pavement inspection and rehabilitation, roadway design, parking lot design, water line design, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, and grading/drainage design associated with site improvements. Amber has worked directly with several jurisdictions throughout her career including the Town of Firestone, Adams County School District 14, Larimer County, Colorado State University, the Cities of Evans, Thornton and Westminster, and the U.S. Air force Academy.

Wyatt Kimbrough , P.E.
Wyatt has worked as a civil engineer since 2020, after earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming. His primary focus is utility and residential development design. Wyatt joined Colorado Civil Group in May 2025. Prior to that, Wyatt gained experience on heavy civil construction projects across Colorado, Wyoming, and South Dakota, and contributed to land development design efforts in Colorado, New York, and Washington.
